Meet the All-Star Faculty for Bright:
Brittiney Wall is a graduate of East Carolina University where she was a member and captain of the dance team while majoring in broadcast journalism. Upon graduation, Brittiney became a member of the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders where she danced professionally during 4 seasons and served as captain her final season. She has choreographed, and guest taught for several organizations throughout the Atlanta area including the junior Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders, the Atlanta Blaze dancers and the dance team at the University of Georgia. Brittiney has won numerous awards for her talent and choreography throughout her dance career including being a talent winner at the state level at Junior Miss, ECU vet of the year, Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader Performer of the year and 2014 Pro Bowl Representative.
Jim Shover has directed and choreographed extensively across the Triad and the East Coast. Theater and dance are his favorite pastime; he owned and operated a dance studio over for 25 years . He has former students performing around the world in dance companies, Broadway Shows, teaching in studios, colleges, and many own/operate studios. Jim enjoys teaching and is currently the Middle School English/Language Arts & Drama instructor at Triad School of Math and Science. His direction and/or choreography credits include Annie; Anything Goes; Carousel; Children of Eden; Fiddler on the Roof; Gypsy; Hello, Dolly!; Jesus Christ Superstar; The Jungle Book; The King and I; Li’l Abner; The Little Mermaid; My Fair Lady; The Nifty Fifties; Oklahoma!; Once Upon a Mattress; Peter Pan; The Sound of Music; South Pacific; and many more. But Jim feels his greatest accomplishment is his three amazing sons and their families, especially his four adorable grandsons and two sweet granddaughters.
Kelly Gordon Mitchell is a graduate of Lees-McRae College with a Dance Major. She taught all styles and was a Competition Team Director/Choreographer at Dance Alley for 14 Years winning multiple Choreography and High Score Awards. She was the recipient of the Edgar Tuft Humanitarian Award for work in dance therapy/creative movement with disabled children, is a Member of the Nu Delta Alpha National Dance Honor Society, has Judged competitions, has been a Guest Teacher for NCAAHPERD, performed in and/or choreographed productions of Oklahoma, Smokey Joe’s Café, Pippen, Footloose, and The Lion King. Kelly has a strong background in Classical Ballet that she incorporates beautifully into her Lyrical/Contemporary Choreography.
Daniel Browning is the Creator and CEO of Dance 2 Inspire and the Unleashed Convention. He has been featured on So You Think You Can Dance and America’s Got Talent and has worked with artists all over the country, dancing, choreographing, and directing. He’s worked with Leon Lee (Beyoncé, Ciara, Beth Spangler from The Voice), Stevo Jones (Lyndsey Sterling, Step Up, Lloyd), and He has been featured in many commercials and feature films such as Baywatch, Baby Driver, and Harley Davidson. His passion is to empower the younger generation, providing resources and opportunities that he never had.
Tanna Stafford is the reigning Miss Dance USA 2019 for Boogie Fever USA Dance Championships. She has won multiple Awards & Honors in her dance carrer and is currently attending The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles, California.
